Kick-off meeting in Ferrara, Italy

The Kick-off meeting of project the Erasmus+ project EARS took place in Ferrara, Italy  from 24 to 25 March. 

​The purpose of the meeting was to get acquainted with partners' organizations that work together to achieve the goals of the project and to plan upcoming activities and events for the project.

Moreover, visual image of the project has been agreed on and we have decided the tools and indicators to use in the purpose of project monitoring and evaluation.

1st LTTA in Girona, Spain

 

We concluded an incredible 3-day training (from 19 to 21 April 2023) on anti-dropout strategies and techniques for our EARS project. Our staff, teachers and trainers from partner organizations worked together to define the contents of our three pillar activities: Learn the Future, Local and EU Labor-Market, and Family Involvement.

We will continue working on the content of the three modules of this online teacher training during the next months.

2nd LTTA in Girona, Spain

 

Our mixed teams, consisting of dedicated teachers and staff from Greece, Netherlands, Romania, Italy, and Poland- all under the guiding light of WUS Med  - have been working tirelessly during 5 days, from 2 to 6 October 2023, to craft a dynamic syllabus for our students!
We've designed a package of 30 activities, each intricately connected to the core pillars of our project: 1️⃣ Family Involvement, 2️⃣ Learn the Future and 3️⃣ Local and EU Labor-Market.

The 2nd TPM in Gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands  

The second international meeting involving representatives of the nine partner institutions ‍​took place on 7 and 8 of November 2022. 

The main aim of this meeting was on the focus groups, led by WUS Med  on the design of the training course coming up next year, the state of  of work regarding IO3. Moreover there was time to learn about best practices of Early Dropout Measures from Netherlands and division of work and tasks for the following months .

The 3rd TPM in Targu Jiu, Romania

The 3rd TPM of partners was hosted by Asociatia Edulifelong  in Targu Jiu, Romania from 26 to 27 of June 2023!  During this meeting we have discussed the findings on teachers' needs and explored potential next steps. We also reviewed the work done in PR1, led by @WeenerXL.  We had a fruitful discussion and made progress on our aim to validate a new Standardized Anti-Dropout Protocol. The 3 working groups were able to analyze their progress on "Learn the Future," "Local and EU Labour-Market," and "Family Involvement."  We had discussions on the contents of the platform and the purpose and design of the Training course.

The 4th TPM in Larisa, Greece

 

The 4th TPM hosted by SISERA with the support of Open Up, our Greek partners, from 8 to 9 of April 2024. The agenda was filled with engaging sessions covering everything from project objectives to pilot documentation and dissemination strategies. Day one and two of the 4th Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) for the EARS project were packed with insightful discussions, collaborative efforts, and fruitful exchanges among partners.

Final TPM and LTTA in Ferrara, Italy

 

The final meeting of the Erasmus+ project EARS - Educational Agreement as a Response to School-dropout was successfully hosted by CFP CESTA in Copparo, Italy. Over the course of four days from 12 to 15 of November 2024, partners from six European countries – Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Romania, and the Netherlands – came together to finalize and validate key project deliverables and share insights gained throughout the initiative.Participants engaged in hands-on activities, such as a demonstration of the C2 pilot program for students, which featured the LEGO Serious Play methodology, and worked in groups to formulate recommendations for future users of the project’s tools and activities.
